Text message consent
Bratton sends text messages only to business owners who are active Bratton customers and who have explicitly opted in.
How you opt in
When you sign up for Bratton, you provide your mobile number and check a box agreeing to receive recurring operational text messages from Bratton about your account — including review responses drafted for your approval and account notifications.
After purchasing, each customer completes the Bratton onboarding form at bratton.ai/onboarding, where this consent is collected. It is the only opt-in method; consent is collected directly by Bratton and is never shared or transferred from any other party.
