Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of bratton.ai and the services provided by Bratton ("we," "us"). Bratton is a d/b/a of My New Hire LLC.

Acceptance

By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Bratton provides AI search visibility services and related tools for small businesses, including website generation and content tools.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity under your account.

Text messages (SMS)

SMS consent is collected directly from Bratton customers at signup: you provide your mobile number and check a box agreeing to receive recurring operational text messages about your own account — such as review responses drafted for your approval and account notifications. That consent is used only to send you operational messages about your own account. See our [Text message consent](/sms-consent) page for the exact opt-in language.

  • We do not share, sell, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees are described at signup. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, or to send spam or content that violates carrier rules or applicable law.

Intellectual property

We own the service and its content, except for your data and content, which remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bratton is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
