Bratton ("we," "us") — a d/b/a of My New Hire LLC — operates bratton.ai and provides AI search visibility services and website tools for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, business name)
  • Business information needed to deliver the service
  • Phone numbers for text-message features, where you have opted in
  • Usage and device data (pages visited, IP address, browser) via standard analytics

How we use it

  • To provide, operate, and improve the service
  • To communicate with you about your account
  • To send text messages you have consented to (see SMS section below)
  • To process payments (via Stripe)

Text messages (SMS)

SMS consent is collected directly from Bratton customers at signup: when you create your Bratton account, you provide your mobile number and check a box agreeing to receive recurring operational text messages about your own account. We use that consent only to send you operational messages about your own account — such as review responses drafted for your approval and account notifications.   • We do not share, sell, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service — for example Twilio (messaging), Stripe (payments), and Supabase and Vercel (hosting and data). We do not sell your personal information. Mobile opt-in data is never shared for third-party marketing.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts (reply STOP), unsubscribe from emails, or request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will post the new date above when we do.
